Refund policy

At Satyamfab.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Return requests must include order number and product images and video.
• Customized or clearance products are non-returnable.

Refund Process:
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
